JRAC Champs will be hosted by Swim RVA in Chesterfield County. This pool hosted the 2008 US Olympic Trials. Twenty-one American records and nine World records were set in its waters! Because it is an Olympic sized pool, we will be able to have two events run simultaneously, allowing us to complete Champs in one day. See the important information below.

- Time: Warm ups 7:15-8:00 Meet begins 8:10
- Location: The Collegiate School Aquatics Center (CSAC) is located at Swim RVA, 5050 Ridgedale Pkwy, Richmond, VA 23234
Facility Information and Rules:
- Team tents will be set up on the grass field west of the building.
- Jumbotron located in front of tent area. Jumbotron will continually display the indoor scoreboard showing heat and lanes in the water and results of those heats. Scrolling along the bottom are the events called to the clerk of course and warm up pool.
- Free general parking will be available within walking distance. General parking areas include the Richmond Kickers soccer lots, street parking, and at the nearby defunct Martins Supermarket lots
- Reserved parking in the lot surrounding the facility will be available for advanced purchase. (Free for officials.) Reserved spaces will be sold on a first come first served basis. (Details to come later.)
- Handicapped parking next to the facility will be available for free.
- Intermission following the mixed medley relay. During intermission we will honor graduating seniors, scholarship awardees, sportsmanship awards, and division winners.
- Spectators may watch the competition from the stands above the pool. Space is limited so the seating is come and go only. ABSOLUTELY NO bags, coolers, seat backs, or chairs will be allowed in the seating area, and saving seats is not allowed.
- Porta-Potties will be available in the team tent area. Indoor restrooms near the elevators on the ground floor are also available for all visitors.
- During the meet, the pool deck is restricted to athletes heading to and from their heats, officials, and volunteers working their shift, coaches, and intermediate and senior age-group athletes only. Intermediate and Senior swimmers will be allowed on the deck in designated areas and will be issued credentials which must be worn at all times when on deck.
- Concessions will be available from SwimRVA. Selections will include bagels, and cream cheese, muffins, salads, wraps, white house roll sandwiches, pasta, pasta salad, individual pizzas, snacks, water, gatorade, kona ice.
- Volunteer check in will be located near the concessions area.
- All heat sheets and tee shirts are sold BY ADVANCE ORDER. Limited t-shirts and heat sheets will be sold day of meet. Pick up available at the concessions area.
- To alleviate the overcrowding at the clerk of course new policies will be implemented. No individual warm up for the mite events. Monitors will be stationed at the warm up pool; any horseplay will result in ejection from warm up pool and privileges revoked. The clerk of course will organize and deliver the mite, midget, and junior swimmers to the blocks for their event as last year. The clerk is located in the warm up pool room. All intermediate and senior swimmers will report directly to their lane behind the blocks before their event. There will be 2 workers at each pool to assist the swimmers find their heat and lane. ALL RELAYS (all age groups) will report to clerk of course.

Cost:
Diving -- $30 per child
Includes pictures of each dive that your child takes part in and any medal/ribbon ceremony pictures if they place.
Swimming -- $20 per single heat or $50 for 3 different heats
$35 medley heats (pics of all 4 strokes)
Includes pictures of child swimming. May include dive off of blocks. Limit to 1 swimmer per heat so assignments will be made on a first-come, first-served basis. You will have the opportunity to list up to 4 preferences for which stroke you would like photographed.
